+Location is great, room is fine, staff nice
−Big problem with noise in my room. Almost did not sleep. Doors and wall not soundproof at all and room location near the main entrance. People shouting in front of doorstep during the night, people with luggage hitting the walls, doors in the night, you can listen at every discussion, like form people doing early checkout at 5am... Disappointed

+The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from Roma Termini Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

+Staff was very nice and accommodating
−I don’t like giving a bad review but people must be warned about their bed bug problem. We stayed in room 11. I saw a bug and took a picture with my Google AI to see what it was. It came back as a bed bug. I told front desk and right away he said it was a bug from outside that got inside. He even pulled up a picture of some type of bug that resembled it. I now know my intuition was correct. I’m covered with itchy bites on my body. I still have a week more to go in Italy and this experience has ruined my trip. I’m afraid to bring my belongings home because I’ve read it is extremely hard to get rid of this type of problem. I have brand new furniture at home and want to keep it safe from this horrible problem. I plan to bring my belongings to a laundromat so I can run them through a very hot dryer to kill any hitchhiking pests. Please be careful and always read reviews. Us AI if possible because it will help.

“Wonderful value for the stay, highly recommend!!”
+The breakfast was delicious and the location was easy to get to. The room had a terrific AC unit that kept it cool, and the decor was super cute!
−The mattresses could use a pillow topper, and the shower is very small.

“Decent but one room (out of 3)had bed bugs”
+1. Fabio is a great host, very polite and accommodating 2. Rooms were decent, location of hotel is absolutely the best.
−We booked 3 rooms. Rooms 8, 11 & 14. In room 11 , on the queen bed my wife and toddler slept without any issues. On the single bed in that room , I woke up bitten by BED BUGS ALL OVER MY BODY . Face, neck, back, arms , no spot left

“Clean and convenient stay. Hotel offers fairly basic rooms with friendly staff”
+We were traveling for a while so price was a factor in booking this. The reception staff at various times of the day were happy and helpful. The room was small, but not tiny. There was a wardrobe and we could fit 3 suitcases and walk around OK. The bathroom was small too but OK. We knew we were going to use the room to sleeo, and that was about it. The location was easy enough for us to drag our bags down from the main Roma Termini train station. If you're not mobile, then don't attempt to drag your bags. It had Air conditioning which was a huge plus as the summer was intensely hot. The breakfast was a sandwhich and pastries, juice. Nice to have the breakfast, but fairlly basic. It's only a short walk to a hop on hop off bus stop which was handy. About a 15 minute walk to the Coliseum. Plenty of restaurants around.
−There are 5 or 6 stairs from the foyer to the lift. Not sure how a wheelchair could handle this, probably couldn't. It made it a little hard with a lot of luggage. The lift is small, but typical for these etyle of buildings in Europe. The shower was tiny. Not able to bend down and pick up soap from the floor, which happened a bit as there was no soap holder!
