“Good spot in Lome”
+The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a couple of awkward taxi rides for us that wouldn't have been easy on a taxi app. The bar seemed to be open 24 hours which was useful. Security on the door were always at hand when needed. The only small issue was a couple of dead Cockroaches in the room but you do have to remember that this is Togo and bugs are always going to be not too far away. I would stay here again if visiting Lome.

“Upmarket and luxury hidden in the side streets.”
+This was booked at about 9pm as the hotel I had originally booked had given my room away. I didn’t want to spend this amount of money but I found that this was such a nice place with good air conditioning and super fast reliable wifi it was a no brainer and worth every cent. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was massive and comfortable with a great bathroom! The hotel bar/restaurant was nice with a good atmosphere!
−Great hotel! Can’t fault them. I would stay here again!

“A friendly hotel with everything you need!”
+From the get go, Hotel M’Rode was great! As soon as I got there the bloke at the front desk was so accommodating and welcoming speaking in English for me, which I wasn’t used to in West Africa! The room I was given was huge! And it had everything I needed; air conditioning, excellent shower, comfort bed and super fast wifi! Every time I left or returned I was greeted with a smile and even the security guards were helping in finding me moto taxis. While I didn’t get to try the restaurant, I did go in for drinks and the atmosphere was pretty lively. Plus it’s 24h! I’ll definitely return to Hotel M’Rode next time I’m in Lome.

+The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue.
