“A reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Venice”
+Excellent location right by Piazzo San Marco and the Grand Canal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and a good size for 3 of us.
−Very steep stairs to the reception which we lugged our cases up to then find that our room was a short walk away from the main hotel in a separate building. The breakfast room was tiny which meant guests had to have breakfast in 30 minute shifts and the small space made it quite difficult to have breakfast in a relaxed manner.

“VERY hard bed and pillows”
+the beds are SUPER hard as are the pillows...so if you like sleeping on a slab of wood go for it! no idea who would like these hard uncomfortable pillows, surely its not that hard to have comfortable pillows these days instead of these rocks

“Worst experience ever for that amount of money, never again....”
+For 250 Euros a night we were aspecting at least a Full English Breakfast not only 2 croissants with a cappuccino, fortunately the staff was good and polite.

“Une expérience cauchemardesque, bien loin des promesses de Booking !”
+L’emplacement de l’Hôtel.
−Une expérience catastrophique, très loin des photos et de la description sur Booking ! L’hôtel est réparti dans plusieurs annexes, ce qui n’est pas clairement annoncé. Attention à l’annexe abritant la chambre 134 au troisième étage : à fuir absolument ! Chambre minuscule, vétuste, humide, mal entretenue, à l’atmosphère digne d’un film d’horreur. Tapisseries poussiéreuses, literie épouvantable (matelas si fins qu’on sent chaque ressort), oreillers durs et vieilles couvertures rêches. Un véritable cauchemar pour les personnes asthmatiques ! Petit déjeuner extrêmement sommaire : mini-croissants surgelés réchauffés, biscottes, quelques céréales et garnitures basiques. Salle minuscule d’environ 12 places, service bruyant et créneaux de 30 minutes à réserver impérativement la veille, sous réserve de disponibilité. Personnel peu chaleureux, accueil impersonnel, aucune véritable attention portée au confort des clients. Seuls les essuies étaient propres ! Le rapport qualité-prix est scandaleux. “No lo recomiendo”
+La ubicación es excelente, nos dieron una habitación en una primera planta con una gran terraza. La chica de recepción es súper amable.
−Nos alojamos en un edificio distinto al hotel, la entrada y escaleras estaban en un estado lamentable. Las paredes de la habitación estaban forradas de tela, había telas de araña por todos sitios, había muchos mosquitos y las 2 noches que pasamos sufrimos muchas picaduras, no sabemos de qué clase de insectos, ya que pasados 5 días todavía tenemos las marcas en la cara y en los brazos. La sala de desayuno era minúscula, teniendo que desayunar apiñados con otros huéspedes. El desayuno era pésimo, sólo croissants y mermeladas.
