“False advertisement”
+The facilities available as posted online is nothing compared to reality on the ground. I booked and paid for a standard room with AC, bathtub, LED Tv, a good size room etc. but the tiny room I was given had none of the above, not even an AC. So I asked if this was their standard room and the answer was no. The explanation was that the price on hotels.com is too low so they can’t offer me the standard room even though that’s what is posted online. So basically this is a bait to fill the most basic room at the facility. Don’t expect to be given what you book on here - Faldo advertisement

+I was charged twice the hotel rates by Expedia. There was no breakfast. The bar did not operate. The front desk never picked up calls. The TV had no functioning channels.

“Terrible service from owners”
+I didn't know this hotel was so far from the beach. The front-of-desk staff, security, cleaners and cooks do an amazing job. It's the owners of this hotel who are just rude and don't explain things properly.

“get what you pay for. nice for the price”
+Well kept, but small room and no air conditioning. The staff is a bit unorganized, but overall a bargain for the price.
