“Worst experince ever”
+Nothing
−Shortly after booking, the situation in my home region escalated and travel became nearly impossible. I contacted the hotel to cancel, but they were very uncooperative and said the events had started earlier, so they weren't responsible.( attached response) I travelled anyway, and the experience was poor from check-in onward: • No help with luggage. I had 6 bags and the elevator only fits two bags plus one person(attached), so I made more than six trips up and down on my own. • Room cleaning is only every 3 days. Daily cleaning costs extra, which is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. • When I asked for extra water at night, reception told me there was no room service available and I had to come down to get it myself. • A group of people gathered across from the hotel day and night drinking alcohol. The noise kept us awake, and the area didn't feel safe for walking. • After 4 days, the crisis in my region worsened, including an attack on the airport, and I urgently needed to return home. I asked to cancel my remaining nights, and once again the hotel refused to cooperate. Overall: If you're looking for service that matches the price and a relaxing trip, I would not recommend t

“Every staff was cooperative and courteous. Our request for extended check out was accepted and without payment of Euro 2”
+Proximity to the Metro / Bus Station is the key highlight. The hotel is in a safe locality.
−The lift is quite old and doesn’t suit the 4 star status of the hotel

“Would definitely return.”
+Very quite and clean room. Hotel is close to Gare du Nord making it a very convenient location. The lady on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which is good as my French is poor

“A really comfortable stay, staff lovely, can recommend!”
+Staff were lovely for our whole stay: friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Beds very comfortable, good sized bathroom and excellent shower. Bar/cafe area with fruit, drinks and pastries (breakfast available if wanted not inc in hotel price). Able to leave luggage safely on check out and even had an early check in as the room was ready. Very convenient for Gare du Nord - about a ten minute walk away.
−A slightly bigger room would be good but it was manageable. Otherwise excellent.

+Te invitan un rico Café que cumple la función de Desayuno
−Su cercanía a la estación tiene su parte positiva y los alrededores no son los más lindos
