“Great place, fantastic staff and perfect location for our stay ☀️”
+We were a large group (26 persons) and we all had a great stay! Already ahead of our arrival the hotel staff were super helpful with any information we needed; they also organised airport transfers for us and also transportation during our stay, which I’m sure is not so easy for such a large group. Everyone was very friendly, the hotel breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you 🙏
−We liked everything, what we perhaps could say is that the lighting in the rooms could be a bit more, even though we guess the low lighting should add to the flair.

+The facilities are outstanding, the staff members were excellent, the person in the kitchen named Mohammed was excellent in service.

“Overall, exetable but needs some maintenance.”
+The room was cleaned, the bedding changed, and fresh towels every day. Friendly reception staff and door security. Onsite restaurant can be accessed past the pool, was a godsend on the first night when arriving late as it serves meals until 11pm every night and has a large choice on the menu. We did not bother going for breakfast in the hotel as we always go for our breakfast later at Monquotidien, so we can not comment on it. As this turned out to be an emergency hotel for us due to no fault of our own, it did not ruin our holiday.
−The bathroom and bedroom need to be seriously updated. The lighting in the bedroom is not good at all, only 3 very dim wall lights in the room. The broken socket next to the bed, which left a hole into the wall, didn't like the thought of creep crawlies coming through it. Broken tiles on the flool by the balcony doors, and balcony doors would not close completely or lock at all due to loose door seals and locks that had been moved up the sides so much they did not line up with the door locks any more. This would not have been a problem, but our balcony was accessible from the balcony in the next room. It also did not block out all the noise from the very busy road the hotel is next to and the music from the Casa de Hoy Cafe across the road, which plays very loud and I dare say very bad live music from 12am to 2am 6 nights a week. The curtains need to be thicker and have linings, as the room got very hot in the mornings with the sun directly on it, closing the metal sutters helped but then it makes you feel trapped in the room. The bed was like a rock, even with a padded mattress protector, there was only a sheet to cover you, with no blanked in the room for extra warmth as it got c

“Bello, accogliente, pulito”
+L’hotel è molto bello e sembra anche abbastanza nuovo, non ho trovato grandi problemi nella pulizia come veniva sottolineato da qualcuno in altre recensioni. Le camere belle e accoglienti, ogni giorno veniva la signora a pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, buona ma senza troppe pretese, non aspettatevi chissà quale buffet, ma quello che c’era era buono e non si restava comunque insoddisfatti. Piscina bella grande e pulita. Receptionist sempre sorridenti e accoglienti. Si trova in una zona davvero fornita e tranquilla a 10 minuti c’è anche la stazione e si può prendere l’autobus per raggiungere la Medina facilmente. Consigliatissimo!
−Nessuno parlava bene italiano, e nella descrizione c’è scritto invece che dovrebbero saperlo, ma vabbè in qualche modo si risolve comunque il problema. La cosa che non tanto mi è piaciuta in realtà è stata una mattina, era domenica e la colazione apre alle 7:30, ma a quell’ora sarebbe arrivata la guida per portarci a fare un’escursione, quindi abbiamo chiesto se gentilmente potessero servirla prima o darci qualcosa da portar via, ma non hanno soddisfatto la nostra richiesta. Fortunatamente siamo arrivati a farla perché la guida ha ritardato, ma ritengo sbagliato il fatto di non assecondarci nella nostra richiesta in quanto la colazione è stata pagata.

−On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines. Compliqué d'avoir du gel douche, chasse d'eau très bruyante.

“Un hotel sympa thique”

−un certain laisser aller au petit dejeuner, le restaurant associe au decor plutot agreable, a la carte interessante, mais ca s'arrete la. Premier soir renvoi de nos plats en cuisine car a peine tiede. Deuxieme jour a la piscine, commandeCroque monsieur= pas de pain de mie, alors Panini= pas possible, alors Tacos=pas possible, proposition nous est faite de burger, non plutot omelette / frites plutot croustillantes. Omelette acceptable, frites molles et tiedes. Nous avons lache l'affaire et avons fini nos repas en ville et place Jemaa el Fna
