“Cute Boutique Hotel”
+The location is excellent, and I really loved the beautiful colors and stylish room decor. The staff were also welcoming and friendly.
−I felt the hotel didn’t offer the best value for money. The standard room was quite compact, and unfortunately, I was very disturbed by the street noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. This was my personal experience and may vary depending on the room, and is understandably beyond the hotel’s control.

“Wonderful hotel...”
+Breakfast was very good...
−You need to upgrade your recommendations for lunch and dinner options, the restaurant we were sent to was not very good, I expect that when staying in a elegant hotel, such as yours, that you would have a much more comprehensive list of excellent restaurants. We did the research and found several within walking distance that were wonderful, c'on guys, do the research...

“A perfect hotel for central Florence”
+Very central location, gorgeous decor. The most comfortable bed and pillows of my entire Italian holiday. Beautiful functional rooms, loved the complimentary water and soft drinks and slippers and bathroom amenities. Lots of breakfast choices. Helpful friendly staff.
−I loved everything. It is a tad on the expensive side.
