“A really enjoyable stay with lovely staff, a great bar and excellent service”
+Writing The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We asked to change our double room to a twin, which was arranged without any fuss or additional charge. The hotel bar was lovely and a great place to relax after a long day on the motorbikes. Colmar town centre was only around 15 minutes away by Uber. Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent customer service.
−Nothing really to complain about. The hotel is a little outside Colmar town centre, but it was only a 15-minute Uber ride, so it wasn't a major issue.
