“Very disappointing, would not recommend.”
+The shuttle bus.
−My room smelt strongly of black mould even after airing it out for hours. The toiletries were terrible quality and the room had no climate control. There was some sort of a fan system, but it did nothing at all. When I arrived the reception person spoke to me in English but when I was leaving, they only spoke in Japanese. Also the restaurant was booked out and had I have I have known that it was crucial to book so not to miss out, I would’ve done so.

+The location. The staff were very friendly helpful and professional. The outside onsen was wonderful because of the location
−It was the most expensive night I had in my trip and clearly the hotel had seen better days! I don’t mind old, faded , repaired or traditional but I don’t like tatty- things not repaired or replaced when needed, gives the impression of uncared for. I was looking forward to breakfast but it wasn’t as nice as I expected or eaten elsewhere. I have eaten better from convenience stores… And for the price I paid felt unsatisfactory

+子供がお部屋に時計を忘れてしまい、早速ご連絡頂きました。27日(火曜日)の晩に届けて頂きました。 本当にご迷惑をお掛けしまして申し訳有りませんでした。有り難うございました。 朝食も大変美味しく頂きました。

“最高、連泊してホテル食も食べてみたい。リベンジします”
+電話一本で宇奈月駅、宇奈月温泉駅からホテルを往復してくれた。遅めのチェックインだったが夕食を食べに駅に行こうとしたら送迎しますよって言ってくださり助かりました。 滞在中は門限なく温泉に入りたい放題 宿泊者1人1人に手書きでお礼の言葉の寄せ書きをしてくれた。
−黒部峡谷の入り口宇奈月温泉。山の中と言うことで虫が部屋の中を飛び回り放題。窓を開けてもいないがどこから入ってきたのだろう。カメムシは数匹ライト目掛けて体当たりしていました。

“Un hotel CLÁSICO y con un ONSEN espectacular a dos pasos del tren turístico de la Garganta”
+La UBICACIÓN: un lugar histórico a 5 minutos del tren turístico para visitar la Garganta de Kurobe. Aunque luego el pueblo tenga poca cosa pero si es para visitar y disfrutar del tren y de la zona es perfecto. El ONSEN: dispone de dos espacios, tanto baño interno como uno pequeño diferenciado por sexos. Es una experiencia muy agradable poder estar en aguas termales naturales viendo el tren de la garganta pasar.
−INFORMACIÓN: solicitamos información de en qué consistían los menús de noche (7700 yenes por persona !) y del desayuno (2300 o 1100 yenes). No nos informaron al respecto y se limitaron a explicarnos que ya no quedaban de los desayunos tradicionales. Nos hubiera gustado algo más de información en que consistían. Finalmente nos llevamos comida comprada en un 7 eleven y nos apañamos bien. Por 7700 yenes que no es nada asequible estaría bien poder saber en qué consistía la cena. Las INSTALACIONES: para nada es un hotel sucio no destartalado pero sí ya tiene sus años. Sería una especie del hotel de “El resplandor” a la Japonesa.
