“Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kukdo. Convenient location with a local vibe.”
+Excellent location, convenient (central) to all major sites (particularly if you like walking) and a few train stations. Euljiro is an 'up and coming area' so has an interesting mix of small local bars, eateries and architectural hardware shops. We had a wonderful view from our room across to the mountains. Unfortunately there is currently large building works a few blocks away, so not sure if the view will be there if we were to return. The (easily missed) flyover walkway behind the hotel is also worth a visit. Room and cleaning service were very clean and the staff helpful.
−While having built in charging cables next to the bed could be convenient, I'd prefer a powerpoint or USB port (powerpoint was on the desk). While the room and the hotel was very clean, the hotel is a little dated (but fine for the price). Did the buffet breakfast once, and it was not good. There was still about 40 mins of breakfast service to go and nothing had been replenished, so many of the selections were empty. Breakfast was discounted to 22,000 Won but still not worth it.
