+We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby area downstairs was very comfortable and had everything you could need during your stay. The coffee was also delicious. Definitely recommend this place!

“Beware of the room that has a blocked view & being pushed as a Mountain View room”
+The huge kitchen which had everything.
−The room had a blocked view. A tower blocked the view. Though we paid a premium for a room with mountain view, we were provided a room with a blocked view. Even though the other rooms were vacant, we were told that there were guests coming in - no one came for the two nights that we stayed. There were three other rooms with unblocked view of the Gergeti church, which were saved for unseen & unarrived guests. The owner was only interested in getting cash upfront, even before they would let us into the room. Not a great hospitality experience.

“Recommended for a chill calm time”
+It was a really amazing stay. Everyone was very hospitable, kind and helpful. We just spent one night there but our stay was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it.
−The view from our balcony was blocked by the tower which I guess is a view itself.

“Comfortable cute hotel”
+Lovely rooms with a balcony and good communal kitchen with a washing machine that was free to use.
−It was very hard to find for the first time with no signage and took us a while to check in.

+Sandro was an incredible host , friendly, helpful, and full of great local tips. The place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located to enjoy the beauty of Kazbegi. Felt more like staying with a friend than in a guesthouse. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

+Schönes Hotelzimmer mit großem Gemeinschaftsraum und einer nutzbaren Küche. Gut, wenn man fürs Wandern in Kazbegi ist.
−Liegt etwas versteckt, nur Barzahlung möglich und Gastgeber sprechen kein Englisch. Aber man bekommt sich schon verständigt.
