“Worst staying night 🌙”
+I don't like anything about this hotel it's 😕 garbage. No toilet paper,no shampoo any personal hygiene items. Very dirty please. Air conditioner is not working. No extra flow towals. I asked staff to change my room they didn't replace my room. I paid LKR 12,000.00 AND what I paid it's not worth it. Breakfast is kind of okay 👍.

“If you prefer this hotel without WIFI its OK. If so they should decrease the charging rate.”
+Staffs were friendly and nice. They always help on every concern at their level.
−I felt a bit uncomfortable on the first day and on another day at the main restaurant. I saw lots of small ants running on the fresh fruit bowl. And the hotel WIFI worked only 2 days. The reception staffs help to solve it. They did solved it but on the very next day same issue poped up. I raised my concerns to reception but this time it was not solved. And during the first ocassion my son received a message saying to pay some lanka rupees 2000 for WIFI usage. We showed it the reception and they also got surprised. And told its a mistske. So the last 3 days of my stay at the hotel, we were using over mobile data.
