“Horrible”

Caution! The pictures do not show the actual accommodation. "Isaka" is not actually a hotel but a very run apartment-hostel. The hygienic conditions are catastrophic. There is no on-site staff to contact, complaints are ignored, and no refunds are given. I advise everyone to read the reviews of the "hotel" on other platforms (Google, Trip Advisor etc.) before booking here.

+I've stayed in this hotel a few times. Experienced problems with electric and water supply this time. Staff here very helpful and friendly and location quite convenient albeit steep climb from nearest metro station at Alvabari
