“Great location, spacious and quiet room, helpful staff.”
+Location was good. Room was very spacious, with a good bed and good wardrobe space. Double pane windows made it very quiet and shades were very effective too. Staff was very helpful.
−Bathroom had a decent size though sink space was very limited for toiletries. The shower pressure was quite low, so that was not great.

“Indigo Hotel for the win”
+We like Melany at the front desk. She was extremely professional with every interaction we had. Melany is very knowledgeable about the area and it's landmarks. She went out of her way to assist us in getting around, by providing maps and directions while simultaneously helping trainee front desk staff. She's amazing. ❤️
−What we had a challenge with Melany fixed one way or another.

“Good Hotel , perfect Location”
+We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast service was excellent, and we especially want to thank Tanveer and Sifat for the outstanding service and kindness. The reception team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Natty and Melany for their warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the excellent service from the entire team. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

“Great hotel”
+I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. Lovely small hotel which has a really smart reception area with really nice friendly staff. My room was a very good size and had everything I needed. Comfy bed and pillows, safe, fridge, big TV, desk, plenty of sockets, nice bathroom with a powerful shower. Really effective air conditioning (very welcome as I was there during the heatwave) Everything was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

“Great hotel, great location & we will definitely stay there again”
+The room was much bigger than most London hotel rooms, bedding, towels & everything was spotless. Cold bottled water in the fridge was complimentary & really needed after a long train journey. Staff on reception especially Victoria was super helpful. Freshly made breakfast was excellent & much better than a buffet version.

“Gute Stadthotel in Towernähe.”
