+The neighborhood was lively and authentic, mostly local people. Plenty of walkable shopping and eating options. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Naples. Despite the noisy streets, the room was peaceful, quiet.

“A great choice for a short stay in Naples”
+Comfortable 3 star boutique style hotel situated in the populat Spanish Quarter, in the very heart of Naples. Makes an excellent base for visiting all of the city's main sights. Our bedroom was comfortable, well appointed with an excellent modern shower. We enjoyed a peaceful sleep each night helped by the efficient air con. Breakfast was consistently good and the staff always helpful.
−Nothing to dislike! It's location in the heart of the busy and very popular Spanish Quarter may seem a little challenging at first, but you will sleep well in the heart of the city!

“Our stay was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location”
+We liked everything about this property, especially the location. Our room had the cutest balcony for my morning coffee.
−There is nothing we didn’t like about the property. It is exactly what we wanted in Naples.

“perfect location nice hotel shocking staff”
+room was great, air con good and essential. The hotel was quirky very in keeping with the area, location perfect. To be fair the breakfast was good too
−Staff, initial greeting was not the best. the gentleman on reception was pleasant but insisted we dig out our passports as it was part of the law after i offered to send photos on WhatsApp, i don't know if this is right or wrong but every stay (3 others) a forwarded photo was fine. It wasn't the best. the main point was the gentleman serving breakfast, I've travelled a lot and honestly the most surly rude person I've ever interacted with. This was two days running. Finally i don't know if its a booking.com thing but i filter on parking as i was on a fly drive holiday more and more and its not just this accommodation they say they offer parking but isa either 'street parking available' or a 'public garage' it feels a little dishonest that the hotels say they have parking but they don't

“Helpful staff, older hotel convenient to many restaurants”
+We had a lovely garden terrace on 4th floor. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was too hot and sunny to take advantage of it. Near many restaurants.
−Older very small hotel with limited space to sit if you didn’t want to be in your room. One small couch located in reception area was all that we saw. Located on narrow busy street. Watch out for motorcycles.
