+The breakfast was wonderful! Home cooked and with so much choice - very good value. Also loved the clean room and comfy bed.
−Just the shower- so small and water going everywhere. But not a big deal overall.

“Old and worn-out place with a complete lack of customer focus”
+This is an old building. Old apartments with old furniture. The kitchen is old, uncomfortable and in bad condition. The bathroom with the toilet is incredibly small and uncomfortable. There are no shelves, no hooks , complete discomfort. The bed is comfortable, but very low. I booked a lux with a sea view. When I arrived in the evening after a long journey, I was told that I would have to stay in another room, in a lower category and without a sea view, because my room was still occupied by a family who decided to stay one more night. The hotel knew about my booking, which was made more than two weeks before my arrival. I absolutely did not like this approach to me as a client. So I simply stayed for one night. At 7 a.m. I found another apartment, booked it and left this place. I did not like the view, the quality of service, the attitude or the conditions. I absolutely do not recommend it!!
−Everything! The staff do not speak English. Only the owner does, and she is not always there. This is an additional inconvenience.

“Great breakfast and sea views.”
+The hotel had great sea views, and the breakfast was very nice and fresh. The staff were also very friendly and efficient, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The coffee was also nice at breakfast!
−There was a very steep hill leading up to the hotel, which was difficult to walk up and down when going to and from the beach/ restaurants. I have walking difficulties due to my disability and it was hard for me to handle the hill. Obviously this is my issue and can't be helped by the hotel, but I wish I'd known in advance.

+Everyone at the hotel are really nice and kind, they helped me in every way possible and also suggested good beaches around Vlore. Moreover their sea facing balcony rooms are absolutely amazing and offered the best sunset view straight from my balcony. It is also very close to the market and restaurants in Vlore.

“Pénztárcabarát szállás közel a tengerparthoz”
