“Great location in a great place”
+The location was superb and we could park the car in a private car park. The hotel is very nice and rooms are big and comfortable. It was near some of the attractions of the city. Our dog was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was gorgeous and with a great wide of variety... Appenzell is really and amazing place to visit with many shops and restaurants and surrounded by beautiful mountains and with the river next to it.

“Cute hotel room tucked away in the small town.”
+Pretty close to transportation, clean and cute room! Breakfast provided was tasty.
−The hotel was quite confusing to navigate to find our room, but manageable. We also found that the window was onto a relatively busy street which made it loud during the day and evening. The church is next door and the bells that ring often are quite loud which can be disturbing to your sleep !

“Schönes Hotel in Appenzell”

“Nettes, ruhiges Hotel in bester Lage”
