Endroit a éviter.

“Far below expectations”
+We didn’t expect too much from a hotel in Napoli, however this experience was below even the low expectations. Nothing worked properly. The AC could be turned on only if you press a button while standing on a bed. After that, the temperature could not be controlled and it became freezing in 15 minutes. Then, one had to turn it off - until it was unbearably hot. A technician was not available. We asked for an extra blanket - it was not available either. Every day we had to ask for extra shampoo, because the amount provided was hardly enough for one person, forget about two. The conditioner was not provided at all. The toilet seat and the shower cabin were broken. The room was dark with a couple of gloomy lights that didn’t provide sufficient illumination. Not a cozy room at all. Very bad experience indeed!

Albergo pessimo in tutto.
