“Customer Service at its best”
+Only stayed there for one night but I wish it could have been longer. We arrived there on 31 Aug 20 in late afternoon. I should have noted the name of the young gentleman who greeted us because he was fantastic. Spoke enough English and was extremely nice in upgrading us to a seaview room at no additional cost. Should anyone want to stay here, my recommendation would be to pay the additional cost when booking to have an ocean view. It is absolutely worth it. You have a nice balcony where you can relax and sip a drink as you let life goes by indulging the great views of the beach; waterfront; and town. The room is small but adequate. Two-twin beds pushed together with firm mattresses. Small bathroom. Our only complaint is probably that there is not much hot water at peak times. Breakfast with plenty of choices served in the dining room with all the covid-19 precautions. Very small elevators for people with lots of luggage. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice to change the set coding on the TV so that we could watch some TV in English. I wish that they would have all been that accommodating at some other hotels in Spain. Free parking nearby up the hill. Highly recommended.
