“Very nice stay, great location”
+The location was perfect. The staff was really nice & helpful. The room was nice clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good lots of options & so nice to sit out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the water. There is a lot of action at the hotel & in the surrounding area. Loud music played well past 2:00 am. This can be both good & bad depending on what you may like.
−The check out time in 9:30, earlier than a usual 1100 check out . The staff was great & kept our bags & let us use the pool, it was just a little rushed.

“Don't believe the hype surrounding this hotel!”
+The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. The rooms were clean.
−On arrival we asked about onsite parking, only to be told we should have pre-booked, as it was full. I asked about other parking options however the receptionist was less than helpful. After finding nearby free on-street parking, we returned and went to our room. Unfortunately the A/C was not working properly (it was 31+ degrees outside). We reported same and waited an hour and 20 mins for the maintenance man to arrive. He took the filter away and cleaned it, as it was blocked with fluff and other debris. Presuming the A/C had been fixed we went out for dinner. On our return it was obvious the A/C had not been repaired. It was late and nothing could be done, as the hotel was fully booked. We subsequently spent a very uncomfortable night in an extremely hot room. It took until the following evening for us to be given another room, where the A/C seemed to work slightly better, but it wasn't great. The hotel lift was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Although the hotel only has 5 floor and a basement, the lift could take up to 7/8 mins. It was easy to walk down, but not up 5 floors in the 31 degree heat! Our first room was at the back of the hotel and we could not acce
