“A very pretty and classic hotel in the heart of Singel”
+It's a romantic, traditional, classic and very pretty hotel in the heart of Singel. 9 Streets is within walking distance. There are plenty of eating places around. I got the very pretty pink and sage green room. Perfect for my birthday. I also love the lounge area and the free coffee, tea and sweet snacks.
−The layout of the bathroom, especially the shower, is a bit tricky. I did get two sinks and they're pink which is my favorite color.

“Very comfortable and great location!”
+Adorable hotel. Decor was vey whimsical and we loved the Scottish fold cats! Always had snacks and flavored water on hand in lobby.
−Did not have a canal view and those rooms seemed a bit nicer. I should have tried to request that myself.

“Exceptional hotel in central location.”
+Excellent location. Easily the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Meticulous attention to detail - you can just tell a woman thought of all the extra little things. From the wallpapers, to the fabrics, the bathroom amenities, the bespoke room scent, the chandeliers, even the resident cats - perfection!

+The room was just gorgeous, beautiful decorated, lovely view of the canal. The hotel had a very romantic feel to it with lots of spaces to enjoy a coffee or read.

“The hotel was perfectly located for everything we had planned. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
+Our room was beautiful. So happy we were able to get a canal-view room. And we were super excited to have a room with A/C (since we learned that's not customary in Europe).

“Beautiful Hotel, but Disappointing Customer Service”
+Buona la posizione in centro città, belle le stanze, cara la colazione ma ormai è così ovunque
−The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After forgetting an item in my room, I contacted the hotel to arrange its return and even paid for the shipping costs. However, getting any updates has been extremely frustrating. I have had to send numerous emails and follow-up messages because they rarely respond, and despite all my efforts and having already paid for the shipment, I am still waiting for my item to be sent. It is a real shame that such a lovely hotel is let down by such poor customer service. I would have expected a much more professional and efficient approach, especially when dealing with a simple request like this. The hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of communication and follow-through has significantly affected my overall experience.
