“Great location in Mostar for a comfortable stay.”
+Nice location in Mostar with clean and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was very well presented with many choices.
−There was parking., but a bit of a challenge on a steep hill.

“Disappointing. Best to avoid this hotel.”
+we has a room at the front which had a good view over the town. Other rooms had views over the buildings around the hotel, many of which were derelict
−Room was dirty and the bathroom smelt of urine. Bed was not made up (we found some bedding in a cupboard and made the bed ourselves), safe was broken, spa was very small and the equipment in the gym was old and worn, some didn't work. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Our complaints were not acted upon

“Nice view and some very helpful staff”
+The receptionist who welcomed us was fantastic! So helpful. Made sure our room was cleaned fast so that we could have our room before check-in time. He also gave us advice on where to withdraw cash without high fees. We also had a nice view from our room!
−The receptionist in the evening and in the morning seemed bored. The indoor pool was very cold for swimming in October.

“We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Eden”
+Great location. It's within walking distance to the old bridge and the old town. Great breakfast with lots of options. The front desk is very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Mostar.

“AVOID Hotel Eden”
+The view from the balcony only
−The hotel room, we had to put the blanket cover on because there was no cleaner and they didn't do it.. they have over person at the reception who was useless, not helpful at all . Pool was cold jacuzzi was not working the fountains weren't working and the shower tap in the pool fell off. Cockroaches in the room TV wasn't working poor picture quality Dirty room as per the pics, it was a dusty room told reception wasn't bothered. Breakfast is until 11am at 9am no bread left and they dont replenish Asked for the manager he was a away sent an email which he had responded to saying he will respond back it's been 2 weeks now and I have sent follow-up emails and had nothing back. Please don't stay here, even for the views and definitely not for the spa that's out of order.

“Er zijn waarschijnlijk in de omgeving betere hotels”
+Ontbijt was OK
−Levensgevaarlijke situatie in de badkamer : haardroger gloeit & wordt zeer warm (In kortsluiting !) en dit in een vochtige ruimte. Is de 1ste dag gemeld geweest maar werd niets aan gedaan. Sommige handdoeken zijn duidelijk verouderd en bevatten vlekken. Zeer zwakke wifi op einde van de gang. Airco op de kamer kan enkel bediend worden door de receptie. Er was een binnenzwembad aanwezig maar het werd niet (meer) verwarmd, dus ijskoud water. Het restaurant om te dineren was, tegen de vermelding in bij de boeking van het hotel, gesloten. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant was in de oude stad, d.w.z. : eerst 10 minuten trappen af naar stad en daarna 20 minuten trappen op terug naar het hotel.

+Gospodin recepcioner je dao stvarno točne upute kako doći brzo i lako do starog grada. Onda je to ponovio još 2x za svaki slučaj. Odlična ocjena za strpljenje
−Ventilator u kupatilu je iznimno bučan. Kava iz aparata u restoranu je očajna. Ona sa šanka je dobra
