+Both the owner and the staff are friendly, and the hotel room itself is very pleasant with air conditioning, studio facilities, and views.
−The restaurant was on the rooftop of the building next door, so it was a bit inconvenient to have breakfast.

+Comfortable property with bright, airy, good-sized rooms. Nice breakfast included in the price served on the rooftop. Perfect location, easily walkable to all sights in Bhaktapur. Helpful staff as well.

“Great location, very friendly staff. Would stay here again if I return to Bhaktapur.”
+Good location, easy quick walk Durbar Square but on a relatively quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and it was individually prepared when you got there. It made a personal touch instead of a generic buffet.
−My shower was cold. To be fair, though, I think staff would have made it right but it was the day I was leaving so they didn’t have time to correct it for me. I think they would have if given the time to do so.

+Nice place, clean, good wifi , friendly staff and truly amazing breakfast! 😍
−To access the hotel you need to pay a 2000npr entrance fee (for foreigners) , as it is located in the area of old city For most people it changes nothing, as their reason for being in Bhaktapur is to see this part of the city and they would pay anyways Was not the case for me though.

“Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in bester Lage!”
