“We loved it and would recommend to others.”
+Liked Decor, Staircase, Quirkiness of the building. Good Breakfast.
−The road outside was very noisy and the toilet in the bedroom was very tiny with not much space to move. However overall these did not detract from our stay.

“Good room good location good for money but slightly expensive”
+Room was surprisingly big (6th floor and top floor) and shower and toilet were descent.
−It took me some time to work how how to use the hairdryer. Location is nice. Few minutes away from the train station Saint Michel Notre Dame so perfect from the airport. It just wasn’t that close as I thought from Saint Germaine.

−Unfortunately, our experience at Hôtel du Levant was extremely disappointing and left us with a very negative impression of the hospitality we received in Paris. When making the reservation, I accidentally booked the room for two people instead of three, forgetting to include our 8-year-old son. Coming from North America, where hotels are generally more flexible about families sharing a room, I honestly didn’t realize how strictly occupancy rules were enforced in France. It was an innocent mistake, and I fully understand that hotels have regulations they must follow. When we arrived, the young lady at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, another lady from the back office noticed that our reservation was for two guests rather than three. Her attitude immediately changed the entire experience. She became visibly upset, not only with us but also with the young receptionist, who had done nothing wrong. I actually felt sorry for her. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and helping us find a reasonable solution, we were made to feel extremely unwelcome over what was simply an honest booking mistake. Eventually, we were told to cancel our reservation, with

“Um hotel muito bem localizado”
+A localização é realmente o grande diferencial desse hotel.

Croissant do café estava ótimo. Voltarei.
−Sugiro mais opções no café da manhã. Chuveiro estava bem fraco na minha acomodação no 5º andar.
