“Disturbing and Dirty Hotel”
+Everything in the hotel is very old and broken. No tv broadcast. No internet in the room. Very very dirty carpets and walls. I cant even find right words to describe rude reception staff. And there is 1-2 guy sitting in the right of the main enterance during entire night and day. They are looking at you in a bad way when you in and out. That makes you feel very uncomfortable. Plus that case, Heavy armed Polices came to the hotel 2 days of 3. I dont even know what their bussiness are, except disturbing entering guests. I really dont understand what problem was in this hotel. I dont suggest to anyone.

“Great value in the heart of Kiev”
+This is a great place to stay. The front desk staff are amazingly tolerant of tourist questions and happy to answer all of them. The location is at the foot of the Main Street and near a fabulous park and exhibition space.

“On the decline”
+Staff are great and helpful. Internet connection is sporadic and inconsistent which is not ideal. Each visit, fewer and fewer facilities are open. (No ground floor cafe, toilet)
