“A comfortable stay, but the overall level of service needs to improve.”
+Excellent room with large comfortable bed and good bathroom. Good garage facilities.
−Not being able to have dinner at the hotel was a disappointment. Apparently there are 'staff shortages' and dinner was fully booked. That is a feeble excuse for a managerial issue. The bar did not have a barman, there was one on call but not present. There is no room service.
