“Great Location to Domo and Ponte Vecchio”
+Excellent Service and Friendly Staff. Always willing to help out
−The 26 stairs but learn to live with it as the location and the staff were excellent. The location was 8 min walk to Domo area and 13 min to the Ponte Vecchio bridge area. The staff will always help with luggage and the stairs. The bath room shower is small. If you are a large person it may be difficult. Check the pictures of the room of choice and the shower. Hot water takes three min or so but once heated stays hot.

“Nice hotel in a great location. Staff was wonderful.”
+Terrific staff from the front desk, to the kitchen and clean staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and hospital. Great location. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Room was very clean although it was small and hard to navigate with luggage.

“Ideal location and friendly staff.”
+Great location in the city centre, an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Nice breakfast included.
−Internal noises at night, sounded like gurgling pipes.

“Leonardo was exceptional. He went above and beyond cannot ask for better experience with the exception of the elevator.”
−In the front door, it says it has an elevator, but unfortunately, you have to go up 22 steps to get to the elevator so how would a person in a wheelchair get upstairs?

“Don't judge a book by its cover”
+The staff could not be any better, Leonardo helped us with our luggage and checked us in with ease. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location is great with easy walking distance to many of the cities features. With refreshments available in the afternoon and a happy hour it is easy to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful city. Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel which is just a narrow staircase because it leads to really good hotel.
−Nothing.

“For the price, the location couldn’t be beat. I would absolutely stay there again.”
+The breakfast was great, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location was excellent. These are minor AC in the room was excellent.
−These are minor things but the room was small and could have used some touch up painting. The shutters on the windows didn’t block out as much light as we would have liked and there was a big spotlight across the street that kept our room pretty light through the night. We could hear some street traffic but the room included a white noise machine Thats helped some with that.

+Wonderful location in the heart of Florence with most sights within walking distance. There are stairs at the entrance up to the lift, but we rang the bell at the entrance and someone came down to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the lift. Very helpful staff.
