+Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. The room and bathroom were a good size and kept very clean , housekeeping came daily and towels were changed each day. At breakfast fresh house-made bread and croissants made for a nice morning. The location worked well , about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal, with the beach, several restaurants, bus stop and a grocery shop all close by. On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was a practical touch that made over travel plans much easier. Good value for money overall. A well-run place in a convenient spot. Would recommend.

“Great location, hotel needs modernisation. Photos didn't reflect our reality.”
+Great location in Ischia town, very nice staff, excellent cleaning services.
−The rooms displayed on the page had no correlation with the reality. We were offered an older room with just one backyard window - with very little natural light. The room was very basic and it doesn't reflect the price point. The hotel & restaurant are stuck in 1980s.

+Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, wonderful restaurant and breakfast, and the hotel was beautiful. It was also in a central location, close enough to the ferry to walk, as well as close to bus stops to explore other locations on the island.

+Super location, very close to the beach, very clean and comfortable. I would come back again.
−I guess they can improve breakfast. It would be nice if there were electric kettles in the rooms. They asked to pay city tax during check-out. It was not included in the price of booking. We did not know about this.
