“Great Boutique Hotel at a great price!”
+Good location and close to Beach. Really nice clean spacious rooms. Excellent Bar/Restaurant in house including a nice outside Terrace with really good food. Nice Pool on ground floor next to Bar. Two really nice spaces (one with a Mini Gym) on the Roof. Great to watch the Sunset with a Sundowner in your hand. We had Breakfast included, which was nice. Staff are really top class and come with a smile. Recommended!

−The gym was located on the open roof, so it's difficult to work out during the day when the sun is at its peak. The free breakfast isn't that nice. I tried two different options, but got to the point where I would pay for breakfast elsewhere for something nicer/more variety

−Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. The service was not very good, and the breakfast was limited to only three choices. The eggs were cold. I also paid a $100 security deposit, but I only received $80 back. Overall, I expected better service and a better breakfast experience.

“Good option in a great location, but the cleaning service needs work”
+The hotel overall is decent. I had a standard king room, fairly spacious, with a partial ocean view, which was definitely a plus. Breakfast was good and included with the room, not a huge selection, but pretty tasty. The front desk staff were mostly attentive and responsible, and genuinely tried to help - but not all of them, a few just weren't great at being polite with guests. The location is convenient - quiet, but you can easily walk to downtown along a nice boardwalk. There's a little grocery store nearby, plus a CVS. The beach is right across the street, but honestly every hotel in Miami Beach is close to the beach :)
−There is a problem with room cleaning. If housekeeping shows up while you're still in the room and you ask them to come back later, chances are no one will. After 5 days I asked for the bedding to be changed, and they couldn't get it done in one go - I had to remind the front desk three days in a row, which was annoying. Housekeeping may come in even if you've got the "Do Not Disturb" sign up - they don't speak English, and honestly I don't get why they can't learn that one standard phrase, since it's literally meant for them. The mattress was too soft for my taste, but if your back's fine, it's not a big deal. The pet fee was $250, which was a lot more than at other hotels nearby.

−J'ai dormi dans cet hôtel la semaine dernière. Ils viennent de me rembourser ma caution, 1 semaine après... j'avais demandé une chambre calme, ils m'ont donné une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur... Avant de partir la semaine dernière, je leur ai précisé que j'allais revenir et que je souhaitais, cette fois ci, une chambre calme. Bien sûr, bien sûr... voilà le niveau de bruit relevé dans cette chambre, climatisation éteinte, frigo débranché, il y a un bourdonnement continu qui ne s'arrête jamais. Jusqu'à 62 dB mesurés. Je me suis évidemment plaint, on m'a répondu que c'est ce que j'avais payé. Une chambre bruyante, donc. 150 euros la nuit, ah, ah. J'ai demandé à parler au manager. On m'a dit qu'il n'était pas là. On m'a proposé de lui envoyer un mail. Ce que j'ai fait. L'adresse était fausse, évidemment. Ils pensaient que je n'allais pas le faire. Ou plus tard, une fois parti. J'ai obtenu la bonne adresse mail. Après 3 heures de bataille, ils m'ont proposé une autre chambre. Moins bruyante. Si je n'avais rien dit, je n'aurais pas pu dormir. “Schlechtestes Hotel rund um Miami Beach”
+Das einzige gute dort war die Dachterrasse...
−Alles andere! Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr dunkel gestaltet, schwarze Türen, dunkle Möbel, dunkle Böden, kleine Fenster, die man nicht öffnen darf. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wie im Urlaub bei Strand, Sonne, Palmen, wie ich das sonst von Miami Beach gewohnt bin. Aber viel schlimmer ist einfach die mangelhafte Ausstattung. Ich habe bereits viele Hotels in der Gegend gesehen und habe mich blenden lassen von den angeblichen 4 Sternen. Wer genau hinsieht wird feststellen: es gibt keine Mikrowellen, keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten, keine Vending maschine, keine Balkone, kein Smart TV. In einem Doppelzimmer gibt's nur einen kleinen Mülleimer, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad (was eigentlich schon ein Grund dafür sein müsste dass es nicht als 4 Sterne Hotel Eingruppiert werden darf). Das Frühstück läuft über Coupons, mit denen man aus einem limitierten kleinen Menü in der Taverne unten wählen kann. Verliert man die Coupons, hat man Pech gehabt. Die Taverne gibt ohne Coupon kein kostenloses Frühstück und die Rezeptionistin wollte mir keine neuen ausstellen. Für mich ein No Go für einen Gast der 5 Nächte dort verbringt.
