+A very well appointed boutique hotel in Mestre. The location is excellent for public transport to get to Venice, 15 minutes by bus, the stop for which is only a short walk from the hotel. If using the train is your preference, the Mestre station is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. A great location. The staff of the hotel were lovely and very helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast was nice. Overall a great boutique hotel in an excellent location, especially for those wanting to stay out of Venice whilst being only a short distance away.
−No complaints at all, but it is worth knowing that the showers in the 2 rooms we occupied are tiny, presenting some challenges for some travelers. Quite functional, but very small.

−La literie L'épaisseur des murs Le lit est ancien et peu confortable, mal fichu, les boutons des lumières se trouvent sous les oreillers ce qui entraîne quelques désagréments. Les murs sont très fins, vous entendez tout vos voisins

+Lo mejor fue la ubicación con relación al medio de transportación mediante autobús #2 hasta la isla de Venecia . Y el desayuno adecuado.
−No me gustó que el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba y durante la noche la habitación se calentaba al punto que nos despertamos mi esposa y yo sudando en la cama durante la noche. Sin embargo en los pasillos del hotel esa no era la situación. Y en el exterior del hotel la temperatura estaba sumamente fría porque la temperatura promedio durante la estadia a finales de octubre era de 53° a 62° Fahrenheit pero esa temperatura no se sentía en la habitación. Cuando nos quejamos el primer día al llegar nos indicaron que la unidad del aire acondicionado del hotel era de muchos años y que no enfriaba mucho. Pero tampoco nos sugirieron habrir la única ventana de la habitación que era en el 1er piso a nivelde la calle..

“地理位置很好，安静精致的小hotel”
+地理位置很好，从机场坐专线下来步行10分钟左右就到了，标识清楚。离中央车站也很近，也就7-8分钟，门口还有一趟公交车站，行李重的话，还可以坐一站。民宿很安静，很整洁，早餐品种不算多但能基本满足。出门不远还有家超市。我们因为上午到达，没法办理入住，等晚上游玩回去，老板已贴心的将行李帮我们放进房间了。
−淋浴间太小，稍一转身就会碰到龙头。床垫有点软。
