“Very poor”
+Nothing
−Very disappointing stay - I would not recommend this hotel. There is no check-in at the hotel after 5pm. If you arrive later, you have to go to another hotel to check in, which is extremely inconvenient when travelling with luggage. The shower in our room did not work properly. The room was very small and extremely basic - no kettle, no useful facilities and not even a bottle of water on arrival. The parking information is also misleading. The hotel advertises parking, but it is actually paid parking around a 10-minute walk away. It is not an easy walk when carrying suitcases. Overall, the hotel did not match what we expected from the description. Poor facilities, inconvenient check-in and misleading parking information. I would not stay here again.

“Got done by a tour bus, no night excursion after buying tickets.”
+Staff were lovely.
−Steps and more steps, lift old and not working all the time. Wasn’t easy to find, no sign and no instructions to find. Asked for two singles got a double.

−It should be clarified this hotel is located on a building 1st floor , not your common hotel.

“Gave us everything we wanted for our short visit to Rome. Thank you, Hotel Cortina!”
+The location was great for our needs. The staff were lovely, helpful and engaging. The place was clean and tidy.
−The room was small and there wasn't a view, which was fine, because were not there for the view from the room.

−Do banheiro.

Instal.lacions velles. Dutxa on no es regula bé aigua calenta - aigua freda.
