“Was very disappointed with our accommodations”
+The property is 100 years old. Our hot water took 20 minutes to get warm. As a result, no showers were taken
−The photos online make the property appear better than it actually was.

−It was not clean at all. Bathtub was clogged, shower did not get hot, bugs in the room. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

“We were very unhappy and disappointed, we think having the right to ask a refund”
+Nothing
−We found several bugs inside the room, in the bathroom, on the floor, on the walls and on the curtains :-0 and a dirty paper napkin inside the bed. We asked the receptionist to change room but he didn’t do that. He assured us that the manager should have get in touch with us but we didn’t received anything, nor call neither mail.

“Disappointing room condition vs cost.”
+There was no breakfast really... only a voucher for the place next door. Not exciting
−The room was shabbier than previous stays. Usually stay in the pet-free queen but it was unavailable. The cost has gone up and is no longer worth the condition of the room.
