“Fantastic stay that gives you a nice taste of the area in Tucson”
+Really like the well maintained 1919 building. We went to the wednesday night Tucson hot jazz in the Century Room and found it absolutely charming and will return. It was a great value for an evening of entertainment. We had dinner and breakfast at the Cup Cafe and found the food fantastic. There was a lot of music going on in the hotel and immediate area.
−I wish that I could have stayed longer, no other complaints

+I liked the location and the historic architecture.
−The price was very steep for the size of the room, amenities, and late sleeping hours.

“Cozy mattress but dirty shower.”
+The hotel is very unique and absolutely beautiful. All the staff were wonderful. The room was cozy and the mattress was very comfortable (firm which is my preference).
−My shower was not clean. I just went without a shower because I was only there one night, but if I had to shower I’d get/use shower shoes.

“It was perfect. they have a good thing going on. it was a whole vibe.”
+I went for the band Koffin Kats so it was roudy but it calmed down later into the morning but I was expecting that and I wouldn't have it any other way. All the bartenders were very nice and professional.

“Called the hotel to go over my bill being I was already charged for the weekend and they charged me again for one night”

−Wasn’t told we were in a pet friendly room. My daughter had a bad allergic reaction to the room having to leave a day early. Didn’t mind the music but the DJ was horrible.

+I loved staying here it was 1 night but worth it I recommend the haunted tour too
−The restaurant the cup. I went there with a friend for breakfast my friend and I sat down trying to get some food one waiter came by and gave us some Waters and introduced themselves and handed us some knives and forks and stuff like normal. On my waitress came around she introduced herself and I started speaking and she immediately snapped around turned her back to me and addressed the other people beside us who weren't even asking for anything she ignored me the entirety of her standing there and then just walked away just to say my friend and I were very upset by this and just decided to go across the street instead to a local tea shop
