“Great hôtel”
+A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The swimming pool is a real plus, offering a relaxing break in the busy city of Negombo. The location close to the airport is also very convenient, especially for arrivals or departures. A great place to start or end your trip to Sri Lanka!

+our stay at hotel cloud 9 was pleasant overall. the rooms were okay and met our basic needs, while the breakfast was good and enjoyable. unfortunately, due to time constraint we could not use the swimming pool, so we cant comment on that facility. overall it was a decent stay, but the location was a bit inside and lonely in the night
−we were charged based on the room with balcony but were given without it

“It was okay.”
+The accessibility and staff was polite.
−The rooms had a strange smell due to moss may be. Our room did not had an attached washroom but it was our luck that there was no other guest in our villa to use that public washroom.

“Pleasant!”
+Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable
−Room was quite hot and the shower in the bathroom was slow to drain. A mosquito net would have been helpful.
