+Staff was excellent, room was very clean and it was quiet even though it’s across from Roma Termini train station. Though it’s very noisy and crowded outside, you have a quick way of getting to places by using the metro
−Bathroom was small. It’s ok if you’re a small person.

“Friendly staff and a great spot by Termini.”
+I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ciao. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and always happy to help. The location is hard to beat, just a stone's throw from Termini station, which made getting around Rome and arriving or leaving very easy. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
−The one downside was noise. You can clearly hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside the room, and it woke us up most mornings.

“Great comfortable stay at a very convenient location.”
+Location is the best! I booked the Annex building and it is only 7 mins walk to Termini.
−The only problem with Annex building which I didn’t know prior to Booking, was that there is no elevator. Luckily i had a small cabin bag so going up and down was not too much of a problem. The staff helped to carry for me at checkin though. My room faced the street and you could hear a little bit people talking on the street but generally jt was quiet. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions that arose.

−Noise in the street facing rooms is very loud and you will definitely need ear plugs.
