+Self check in & check out, clean rooms, free water at check in, free amenities (hairbrush, q-tips, etc), optional room service, and great Japanese breakfast for ¥800 per person.
−Small rooms, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo! The breakfast area was also very small, everyone in the room had to take turns standing and sitting to make a plate or get a drink.

“Worth it to stay, easy access and great value especially with breakfast!”
+Loved the breakfast- great intro to a traditional Japanese breakfast. Great location, close to Uguisudani station. Staff were very friendly.
−There were a couple of items left from the previous guest; a used bandage and a sanitary pad. The rest was clean though.

Drink all'ingresso anche molto apprezzati.
Piccola e veramente obsoleta.
