7.0“A Functional Stay in a Central Location in Tirana”
+This 2-star hotel offers a simple, functional stay in a central location, ideal for travellers seeking basic accommodation at a reasonable price. Housed in an old townhouse converted into a hotel with minimal refurbishment, the property retains its dated, post-war furniture and decor. However, if you can look past the old-fashioned interiors, it offers good value for money. The rooms are small but functional, with ensuite bathrooms and basic toiletries provided. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel offers good, free Wi-Fi. A major bonus is the free on-site parking, which is particularly valuable in Tirana, where finding a parking space can be a real challenge. Breakfast is traditional with a choice of omelette or fried eggs, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, Albanian cheese, and bread, along with Albanian tea or a cappuccino, all of which were good. One of the highlights of our stay was the warmth and hospitality of the Albanian people. The reception staff spoke good English and were available until 11:30 pm. The morning cook was especially kind and accommodating, serving us breakfast as early as 7 am. We were truly grateful for this early start, as we had l
−The main downsides were the lumpy mattress, which made sleeping less comfortable. Also the limited number of electrical sockets in the room. With only a few outlets available, charging mobile phones and other electronic devices at the same time was a challenge, particularly for travellers carrying multiple devices.

4.0+Poloha
