“I left immediately and will be writing to ask for a refund, went to straight to the Crown Plaza.”
+Full marks for the view, the window opened right onto the Markt
−I don't know how they can call it a hotel, it's more like a hostel, very basic, but they charge like a hotel, presumably for the view. There is no reception as such, you have to walk through the restaurant and check in at the bar where the surly staff may or may not find time to give you a key and some instructions on how to find your room, no elevator. None of the power outlets in the room were working. The large bed was two singles pushed together. No facilities other than the cupboards in your room. Unable to share pictures as I couldn't charge my flat phone even though my charger was protected they tried to blame me for the problem. I left and made it clear that I would be going elsewhere, now I'm told there will be no refund because they held the room open for me despite clearly being told that we were leaving.

“Good location”
+The location and cleanliness
−The heater was not working at all, they provided a portable one. There were no slippers, it was an issue when the room was extra cold.

“I would stay here again. The location is unbeatable.”
+The location of the property was amazing - right in the Centre of the centre! Our room was on the 1st floor, thank goodness as there was no lift although they would have helped with baggage. The bathroom shower was the best! The room was efficient. It had everything one needs, but no amenities such as coffee/kettle.
−Everything was great. The staff were so helpful because we were almost stranded due to a marathon, but they arranged for us to get out to the train station. Brugge is such a neat place.
