+Considering it was rated a 1 star it was mire like a 3 or 4 star, staff were brilliant check in check out and service during our stay was excellent. Karims attention to detail and service at breakfast was of a really high standard better than at some larger hotels, couldn't fault him. The hotel was spotless everywhere again attention to detail high. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay, 5 min walk to the beach bars and restaurants. They only supply a continental breakfast which suited us but no cooked offerings however you can get a cooked breakfast anywhere in benidorm if you wanted one. We would stay here any time we are in benidorm again. Great place in a great location.

“Maria Maria Maria :-)”
+As previous guests have mentioned the lovely Maria was fabulous. The breakfast was hand made by her & had plenty of variety for us - toastada with tuna, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurts, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee & tea available any time. Hotel is in a good location 5 mins from the beach & there were deckchairs, umbrellas, towels etc free to take from the hotel. Beds were comfy & we had a little balcony which was nice to sit out & read. Small family feel to the hotel, not a chain with lots of facilities but suited our purposes for a few nights in Benidorm old town. Parking is available at a location away from the hotel for an additional charge - its about a 10-15 minute walk back to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again for a short break in Benidorm away from the strip etc.
−Nothing. Simple no frills hotel which suited our purposes, no good if you want a bar, pool etc but as the beach is only 5 minutes walk away & there are 100s of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby we didn't miss any of that. No sea view from the balcony but that wasn't expected as it's in the heart of the city/old town.

“Ideal for a short stay in Benidorm”
+A very friendly hotel made better by the staff, Maria and Karim were very helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There were beach towels and beach umbrellas available, also during a shower there were umbrellas stored by the entrance. Coffee, microwave and small cakes were available throughout the day.
−The television in the room had no English channels, for the short time spent there.

“Superb hotel”

+No por ser de una estrella, le puede enviar a otros, al final el trato, la limpieza, la amabilidad, en ofrecerte, cosas que en un 3 estrellas o superiores, sería impensable. Todas esas cosas valen más, que la frialdad, lo impersonal, etc.
