“A good hotel”
+Staff were friendly. It was located well for transport into and out of the city with bus, tram and underground nearby. The room was tided most days during my stay and there was a mini fridge. The hotel also provided shower gel and hand soap.
−The basin in the bathroom did not have a plug. The reception area was quite small with only a few chairs.

“It was OK - average. Location was a short walk into town and staff were really nice and helpful.”
+The staff were very nice and helpful throughout - we were able to keep our luggage there until our late departure.
−It's all a bit tired. Our room's sofa bed was broken and needs fixing properly. The cups and saucers sizes didn't match and I'm unsure if the room was cleaned at all throughout our stay.

“Bem localizado e excelente atendimento”
