“Convenient location but limited charm”
+Great location, albeit the little street below room 10 is used early mornings and evenings by street vendors pushing their noisy carts.
−Minimal charm. OK for sleeping but unattractive to stay in during the day or to read a book.

“Quiet, great location, accommodating staff.”
+The room size was wonderful and the location was excellent for what I needed while in Venice. The room was also very quiet. The staff were very accommodating as I was in and out frequently, and were almost always available when I needed something.
−The bathroom was tiny and felt very cramped as the door opened into the bathroom. The AC was so-so and was not turned on when I arrived initially - I had to check with the staff to have them turn it on. There were no amenities provided (shampoo/conditioner), which was fine but a little disappointing for the price.

“Great location, hard uncomfortable bed and bathroom.”
+Location is great. Would advise on upgrading to a better room.
−Bed was very hard!! Bathroom updated, but tiny! While on toilet, knees were into the wall so had to sit sideways! Not much room- suitcases had to be on the floor. No toiletries- just watered down body wash. AC never seemed to really cool down but this was common in all of Italy. No coffee/tea bar. I would pay extra and upgrade the room, as location was good.
