“Super”
+The location is great, easy to check in with the reception or by yourself outside working hours. Receptionist was also vey helpful. Room was spacious, we were glad that the cattle was of normal size, so we could boil enough water. Bathroom was clean and also with a lot of space. It was our 3rd stay at this hotel and each time is great

“Good location and cleanliness, but too many issues and differences from what was advertised”
+• Good location in a quiet area, close to a park and public transport • The room was clean • Breakfast was included • The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance
−• The room did not have the safe or minibar that were listed on Booking.com, even though these were important factors for me when choosing the hotel. I was offered another room, but only for an additional charge • There was a kettle in the room, but not even basic cutlery such as teaspoons • The hotel has self check-in, while the reception is located at a different entrance and closes quite early • The free airport transfer I booked through Booking.com never arrived. My flight was delayed, and I informed both the driver and the dispatcher, but they completely ignored my messages. Neither of them replied that evening or even the following day • Breakfast included only one cup of coffee as a drink. I had to pay extra for a second one • During check-in, I was asked to provide a scan of the passport of the person whose bank card had been used to pay for the booking, even though I was the guest staying at the hotel. They did not want to check me in without it • The room was quite small and dark • There is an inconvenient and potentially dangerous step inside the room. There is no light when you first enter, so the step is very difficult to see. As an older guest, I found this especially

“Nice distance from city center. Cute room names. Botanical garden across street”
+Very close to city center. We almost always were exploring city by foot except couple of times going back by public transport Room was nice, enough places to store clothes, nice bed/bathroom We didn’t have any meals included, so can’t share the opinion on food
−I would say that soundproofing between the rooms is not that great, you could hear your neighbors, especially if they were teenagers :)
