“Disappointing.”
+-Carpets not Vacuumed , Leaves , and other debris on floors, Bathroom not completely stocked soap , coffee maker not working, noisy staff in hallways
−Close To Centre Bell, Walk to NHL Hockey short and convenient. Valet, Personal where both absolute First Class Gentelmen

+Once we were moved to a better room, it was much better. The fitness room was well equipped but it could use new spin bikes.
−We initially were put in a room close to the pool that was small and very noisy. It must have been near an elevator that made loud clanking noises and we could hear music starting at about 7am. Fortunately they moved us after one night from that room.

“Excellent”
+The location, clean room, the hot pool.
−The drinks weren’t great at the bar, an order a mojito and didn’t taste good at all.

“It is absolutely worth a stay!”
+Rooftop pool - kid friendly
−No elevators in the Hotel complicated for elderly people or when bad on foot! Valet parking, reception not always available... Sauna and Jaccuzzi dated equipment - in dire need of refurbishing!

“A comfortable hotel in a fantastic location, making it a wonderful home base for exploring Montreal!”
+The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Montreal! Having direct access to the Metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. We also appreciated having a Starbucks so close by. The location alone would make us consider staying here again!
−Our experience with the food at the hotel bar was disappointing. We would have liked a better dining experience, especially after a long day exploring the city. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the property and its convenient location.
