+⭐ 1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Hotel! €190 per night for a dirty, uncomfortable room and unprofessional service. Absolutely not worth the money! My experience at Azzurra Hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. First of all, the man at check-in was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. This is certainly not the way paying guests should be welcomed. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom and shower area were dirty, poorly maintained, and looked unhygienic. As you can see in my attached photos, there was visible dirt, grime, deteriorating sealant, and poorly maintained bathroom fixtures. Hygiene should be a basic standard in any hotel, especially one charging €190 per night! The shower and toilet area were also ridiculously small and cramped. If you’re tall or slightly bigger than average, you’ll struggle to move comfortably or even get into the shower. It was one of the most uncomfortable bathroom setups I’ve experienced. −Très très vétuste. Personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée. Obligée d'appeler plusieurs fois et d'attendre Très longtemps avant qu'on vienne me remettre la chambre.Très bruyant. Annonce déjeuner continental mais c'est faux. Il n'y a rien. Me propose d'annuler la réservation booking et de la régler directement avec une déduction de 15%. Pas très sérieux
