“pathetic”

−horrible guests. too loud and making noise till 3.00am in the morning with the doors of their rooms open and walking in and out of the rooms. this happenned 2 days in a row our of my 3 day stay. i had booked another stay of 3 days form the 28th to the 31st which i cancelled immedidately as could not be put through the same ordeal a second time.

“Comfortable one night stay”
+We had a lovely one night stay at this comfortable hotel in mid-October 2026. Aurora Towers has a prime location is in the crazy busy Camp area. The area is bursting with shops and restaurants, plenty of street food and street shopping. There is a large mall and a Dorabjee's right around the corner. There is incessant honking, street noise and traffic, yet once you enter the lobby, its an oasis of calm. It was fun to rise up to the 9th floor in the glass elevator and look down on the streets below and the rest of the squat buildings. The rooms are large, old-fashioned with heavy wooden furniture, but very comfortable. Two 1 liter bottles of complimentary mineral water, kettle and tea/coffee supplies welcomed us. Bathroom was large and had soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a dental kit. Powerful AC and a mini fridge in the room. A generous breakfast buffet was included with made-to-order eggs and dosas/uttapams. Piping hot masala chai and nescafe, a good selection of fruits and several indian vegetarian items, also kheema pav. The gym had the refreshing scent of mew rubber and the equipment looked brand new. −An area for improvement is house-keeping. Bedsheet had a stain, dust bunnies behind the bedside tables (which get noticed because you need to access plugpoints), and a hastily cleaned bathroom with soap drips left behind. Also they did not have an iron to provide on request, a very basic amenity. Gym needs to open earlier, 7am is very late.

+The rooms are big, accessible and in a good location.
−The night front desk shouldnt be in hospitality. Never smiles, makes eye contact and never speaks unless spoken to. Not pleasant for a guest to first time meet someone at the hotel. The house keeping people are probably the worst of the lot. Constantly had to keep asking for basic toiletries and towels as we had a child. One night, I had to ask for toiletries 4 times and no one came and when asked for an extra towel, the house keeping over the phone refused as we were only 2 people in the room. Felt like we had to beg for basic necessities

“Pathetic stay - save yourself and your money.”
+Only the housekeeping staff was polite. Nothing I enjoyed.
−Everything, you name this, and I did not enjoy even a single night. Initially, they gave me a corner out of sight room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and I felt I am stuck somewhere I did not want to stay. Later, I requested them and then the lady at the reception, I am sorry to say she do not have a basic sense to even communicate with the customers. The language was so rude, the food was so bad, no breakfast spread was nice ,no options, every single thing I regret, I am so sad I wasted my money for a rest in this cheap property. I recommend everyone to please do not stay at this property. I wish I had my refund. And please teach your front desk some hospitality, at least the lady, The funny thing was when she said you could not take the water bottles today because you are checking out, hahhaha. The food I ordered, me and my daughter, literally had loose motions after that. Save yourself and your money, please
