“Good hotel, great stuff, but crazy noise from the night life just outside.”
+The stuff was very kind. They offered us breakfast, which was a really nice surprise. Rooms were quite clean.
−There's a couple of things: One is the quality of the beds, which were 2 singles bed and both me and my wife felt we were sinking into them, probably too old, or too soft. The other one, which is the main point, is that just outside the window there are at least 4 cafe/restaurants which are open through the evening, till the early hours of the day. There are a lot of people drunk and stoned (I presume, from the "smells") shouting and laughing, and, at least on Fridays, very very loud disco music. So even with earplugs I was unable to sleep much for the majority of the stay. I did ask for a quiet room far from the elevators, and they gave me a room 2 meters from the elevators, and giving right on the main street with the restaurants. I know they can't always take this kind of requests, but that didn't help.

“Friendly staff, but won’t go back in a hurry”
+Beds were comfortable. Suite with second room was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−Rooms at the front suffered a lot from noise from outside until early morning on Saturday, and from neighbouring rooms. Toilet seat and wall plugs were broken. Wall light switches make absolutely no sense. “Room service” was just a fruit salad pot, and the breakfast options were not much better.

“Amazing location”
+The location was perfect, within walking distance of all my business meetings. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
−I have no reason to complain about anything, but the breakfast selections were quite meager, considering this is Paris!

+Very good hotel with friendly staff. Despite the noisy neighbourhood windows are good enough! very clean rooms!
−Try to avoid (if its possible) rooms near the stairs as the room‘s door wasn’t soundproof at all. A bit of smell from canalisation pipes.
