+The hotel was great! We had a city view room and the room itself was lovely. Spacious enough for the 2 of us. The included breakfast was phenomenal (choice from an à la carte menu which is not typical in Brazil), the beach chair service was great, and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Such a nice touch having a sauna (we were there during a few rainy days and this was lovely).
−Some of the amenities are a bit old (bikes were not really useable and umbrellas were old and some broken)

−Felt the room needs some maintenance around windows and parts of bathroom. Expected better for the price.

“2 noches en Ipanema”
+La ubicación y la terraza. La habitación es justita pero está limpia y bien decorada. El desayuno en la terraza está bueno pero es un poco escaso. Personal en general bastante amable, los chicos que te ayudan a llevar tus maletas son top :)
−Nos quedamos dos noches.La primera noche avisamos porque al día siguiente teníamos una excursión y teníamos que salir a las 6.15( desayuno abre a las 7 am- el hotel que más tarde ofrecía desayuno en nuestro tour por Brasil) Nos tomaron nota de la habitación y nos dijeron que nos prepararían una lunch box. A la mañana siguiente, era bastante evidente que no lo habían tenido en cuenta ( eran las mismas personas de la noche anterior y ni se acordaban) y nos dieron esa bolsa después de que uno de ellos se fuera un rato a la cocina. La verdad que nunca nos había pasado que nos dieran una caja así, el papel es del water, que cogimos antes de irnos. A casi 400 euros la noche con desayuno incluido, la verdad es que deja mucho que desear. La relación calidad precio -habiendo probado en el mismo viaje la cadena Windsor, Belmond en Iguazú y un hotel al lado del aeropuerto- es bastante alta

+Le personnel adorable la terrasse de plein pied sur la plage d ipanema, les.petits dej face au surfeur d aproador, le service sur la.plage.le.samedi,! On a adoré notre sejour chez vous ! Merci pour tout on reviendra avec joie !
−Le seul petit bémol de l’Arpoador, que nous avons adoré par ailleurs, concerne la vue de notre chambre. Nous avions choisi une chambre donnant sur cour. Celle-ci ouvrait sur une minuscule cour intérieure, avec un mur surmonté de barbelés juste en face de notre fenêtre. Une structure en bois, installée pour préserver l’intimité des chambres, rendait la chambre assez sombre. L’ensemble était un peu triste, surtout dans un cadre aussi magnifique ! Avec le recul, nous conseillerions vraiment de payer un peu plus pour une chambre avec vue sur la ville, bien plus dégagée. Après le reste est tellement canon. L'emplacement la plage, le rooftop qu'on y a pas passé beaucoup de temps..

Disponibilidad del personal todo el tiempo para lo q necesites. Destacas a julio que nos atendió de manera maravillosa . Muy atentos . Volvería sin dudar

+Die Lage ist die beste in Rio. Die Fahrräder stehen den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung, damit lassen sich die Strände wunderbar entdecken. Die Frühstückskarte ist vielfältig, und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
−Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als nicht angemessen. Unser Zimmer lag strassenseitig im ersten Obergeschoss, praktisch auf Augenhöhe mit der Strasse. Entsprechend laut war es, und Privatsphäre gab es kaum. Diese Zimmerkategorie würde ich nicht empfehlen. Die oberen Etagen mit Blick aufs Meer sind hingegen super. Wer hier bucht, sollte unbedingt ein meerseitiges Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk verlangen.
