+Great location, easily accessible from Milano Centrale or a couple of metro stations. The most friendliest of welcomes by the staff. Able to leave luggage safely before check-in. Old fashioned way into the hotel up four flights of stairs but when you entered the room it was very modern and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities needed including USB ports for charging phones, soaps and even a toothbrush! I was really impressed and would definitely rebook again. Key codes were emailed prior to arrival and made going back to the hotel after the staff had left much easier.
−Nothing, my only recommendation would be a spare pillow maybe and a shelf under the windowsill in the bathroom (just for extra storage of makeup bags).

−Само асансьора - но това са условията в старите сгради в Италия и ине е проблем на самия хотел.

“Milán eterna”
+Estaba relativamente cerca de la Estación Central, por lo que, al llegar del aeropuerto, nos resultó fácil tomar un transporte a dicha estación y llegar al hotel a pie sin problemas. También en unos 25-30 minutos llegamos al día siguiente a pie desde el hotel al Duomo de Milán. Hay dos líneas de tranvía que pasan frente al hotel. Por otra parte, a unos 500 metros del hotel hay una estación de metro que nos llevó directamente a la estación de buses para continuar nuestro recorrido. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, con frigobar y hervidor con té, café y azúcar. Además, nos regalaron dos botellas de agua al dejar el hotel El baño estaba impecable. Dejamos también nuestro equipaje durante unas horas sin problemas. Por último, también valoramos como algo positivo lo rápido que respondía el gerente a cada consulta nuestra.
−Seguramente, por la antigüedad del edificio, el hotel cuenta con un elevador absolutamente minúsculo que señala ser para dos personas, pero si uno va con equipaje más grande, la verdad es que alcanza solo para una persona. Milán es muy caro, y el valor que pagamos por el hotel es adecuado para el servicio recibido-

+Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Établissement bien situé, très propre et particulièrement confortable. Le personnel est disponible et réactif via la messagerie. Les instructions d’accès sont claires et bien détaillées.
−Le principal point négatif reste le petit ascenseur, ancien, peu intuitif et difficile à manipuler, notamment lorsqu’on ne connaît pas son fonctionnement.
