+The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the bed was comfortable.
−However, the tram line runs directly in front of the building, causing considerable noise throughout the day and night. Despite the information on Booking.com, there was no parking available, and finding parking nearby was extremely difficult. The hotel’s recommendations were not helpful. Please do not advertise parking as an available facility if it is not provided.

“We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful.”
+We liked the location as you could walk to the Duomo in less than 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good.
−You have to walk down one floor to the elevator that takes you to your room. Not a big deal, just different.

“Generally, the Ariston was adequate, but not sure I'd book there again.”
+Breakfast very good. Excellent location. Room, as with most European hotels, was small. Good shower.
−Desk staff was not the friendliest. Balcony was very narrow and awkward to navigate with chairs and small table there.

“If the price is right it’s perfectly adequate”
+Good position and easy walk to Duomo
−Unbelievably expensive for a 3 star hotel / labelled 4 but really 3. It’s possible the prices has been tripled because of conventions but we had no choice as couldn’t find any accomodation for the dates required and probably left it too late . Paid 6 star price

“Enjoyed our stay in a comfortable and convenient location.”
+Neat and tidy, nice room and bathroom, nice breakfast and excellent location. Only a short walk to the Duomo etc. Although they only had 1 of their 3 lifts operational at the time, the staff were very helpful.
