“Old and outdated, but in a central location.”
+The bed is quite large for Japanese standards (although the pillows were too soft). The room is excessively spacious (maybe too much), and there were many toiletries available to use. The location is easy to reach and close to many places of interest in the city.
−The hotel is old, and the furniture and finishes are outdated. The bathroom had dark tiles, and I could see black mould in some places. So showering was not very pleasant. Breakfast is a mix of Japanese and Western styles, but it was too oily and not very tasty. Coffee options were disappointing.

+Probably most spacious hotel room in Osaka. Can probably open 10+ large suitcases on the floor. This is why I have chosen hotel alps. Best centered location of Namba. Short walk to everywhere (ultimate shopping central). Don Quixote is 3 blocks away (opens till 4am). 3 blocks away from great ramen place "kyushu Ramen Kiō" (opens till 11pm). I would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast. Huge Tub has jets!
−Most thinnest toilet paper but i think its because Japan is thoughful of protecting the environment. Interior is bit outdated (90s) but huge room size overrules. Cannot connect netflix to TV (outdated).

“ok hotel to sleep in with a good location. It was like walking back into the 70's.”
+The location and the size of the rooms was the only positive
−The hotel is in need of a major revamp. The rooms had paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls and window ledges. The beds were extremely hard and the futon mattress had rips in it. the door in the bathroom had mould around the edges We had breakfast included but ate out as it was terrible.
